Short and in plain language: what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to ask us to delete your data.

Updated 11 October 2026.

What we collect

  • Suggestion form data: the resource link or the specialist's phone number, name, description, section, district, hashtags, confirmation of consent to publish the number and an optional contact for the moderator (never shown on the site).
  • A hash of your IP address to fight spam. It is a one-way code that changes every day; we do not store the IP address itself.
  • Aggregated visits: how many times a resource was opened per day, without any visitor identifiers.
  • Visit statistics via Google Analytics 4: which pages were opened, where visitors came from, device and browser type, approximate city or country, and a few actions on the site — opening a resource, a search query (up to 50 characters), submitting the suggestion form (the resource platform only). We send no names, emails or form data to analytics; Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses.

What we don't do

We don't show ads, don't use advertising cookies and don't sell data. Analytics is used only for overall statistics, not to profile individual people. A form draft is kept only in your browser and disappears when the tab is closed.

To protect against bots the form may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical browser data under Cloudflare's policy.

Who else processes data

Data is stored and processed by services the site cannot work without: Supabase (database, servers in the EU, Frankfurt), Google (Google Analytics — visit statistics) and Telegram (notifications to moderators about new requests, including the contact if you gave one). Each of them processes data under its own privacy policy; Google and Telegram may store it outside Ukraine and the EU.

Cookies and opting out of analytics

Google Analytics stores the _ga and _ga_… cookies (the suffix is the property ID) in your browser for up to 2 years to tell repeat visits from new ones. The site sets no other cookies. To opt out of analytics, block cookies for this site in your browser settings, turn on a tracker blocker or install the official Google Analytics Opt-out add-on. The catalog will keep working as usual.

Specialists' contacts

The catalog lists phone numbers of local craftspeople and specialists who have no website or social media page. We publish such a number only with the person's consent: whoever adds the contact confirms it is their own number or that the specialist agreed, and a moderator reviews the request. The number is not in the page code or in search engines — it is shown only after pressing "Show number", and we count these reveals without visitor identifiers, like visits. The site cannot be searched by phone number. To change or remove your number, contact us the same way as for any resource (see below) and we will remove it from the catalog.

Why we need it

Requests let a moderator check and publish a resource; the IP hash limits spam; visits help us show popular resources; visit statistics help us understand what people look for in the catalog and improve it.

How long we keep it

Requests stay in the queue until reviewed; rejected ones and duplicates are deleted after 90 days. Published resources stay in the catalog until removed at the owner's request. Detailed Google Analytics statistics are kept by Google according to the retention setting (2 to 14 months), after which only aggregated reports remain.

How to remove a request or resource

If you own a resource and want it removed or corrected, get in touch.
